When conformation of an order is received, this is to indicate we have received the order, and does not indicate a contract exists between us. We will indicate you order has been accepted and a contract formed between us when we send a final invoice. This term has been included to protect My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers) in the event of a mistake in pricing or if we are no longer able to supply the goods. In the event of a change in price we will contact the buyer in order to confirm the price is acceptable. 

If an order has been placed, My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers LTD) will be unable to apply discount codes after checkout. 

 

 

 

 

 

• Orders can be delivered to an address of your choice; However, we require the cardholders billing address to be completed. 

• UK Mainland orders over £50 including VAT and delivered free of charge (England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands) 

• UK Mainland orders that are under £50 including vat will be subject to a shipping and handling charge, this is automatically calculated at the checkout. 

• My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers LTD) Will not deliver to BFPC addresses or P.O. Boxes. 

• My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers LTD) Will not deliver outside of the UK Mainland. 

• Standard delivery (England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands) is subject to a carrier charge of £10 

• Larger and bulkier items such as tandem mudguards & axle units could be subject to a shipping surcharge of up to £15 including VAT, this surcharge will be calculated at the checkout. 

• Provided your selected items are in stock we aim to get them dispatched next working day when possible. 

• To help reduce waste, My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers LTD) will reuse as much packaging a possible when suitable. We aim to package each delivery securely and reduce as much waste as possible. 

 

• All products are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep our stock up to date and as accurate as possible. 

• Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday–Thursday for attempted next day dispatch. Any orders placed before 3pm Friday will be dispatched the Following working day when possible. 

• My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers LTD) Aim to dispatch all products on the next working day. Although this may not be possible in all cases. 

• My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers LTD) is not open Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays. Therefor no orders will be processed or shipped on these days. 

• All packages must be inspected for damage before signing for them. Any packages that arrive damaged must be signed for as damaged with the courier. We are not liable for loss or damage of goods if the courier has not been made aware of this. 

• All orders are delivered by courier. 

• If delivery has not been possible, the carriers may return the consignment to us which will incur and additional shipping charge. 

• Any missing items must me reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. 

• Any Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. 

 

If any of your items are not in stock, we will back order them for you and send them as soon as it is possible to do so. Back orders are usually dispatched between 3-5 working days, if longer than this, a member of our team will keep you informed. 

Your order will only be sent when all items are in stock. If you’d like for part of your order to be sent before this, please get in touch with a member of the My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers LTD) team, and we will arrange for separate delivery. 

 

For orders made from the UK are subject to vat at the current rate.
