My Trailer Parts are confident you will be satisfied with your purchases. However if you are not satisfied, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time up to fourteen days after the time of ordering. 

 

• Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. 

• Missing goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. 

 

All items supplied by the meter such as electrical cables cannot be returned or refunded. 

If we have correctly supplied the products you have ordered, you will be reimbursed for the product minus any delivery charges and a handling charge of 20% of the order value. Please note you will be responsible for returning unwanted items. 

 

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods supplied within 14 days of delivery, My Trailer parts will make good on any shortages or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods damaged or defective upon delivery. Or we will refund the amount paid by you for the good in question. We have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than by refund by way of these conditions. 

 

Our liability to you shall not, in the event, include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties. 

 

Goods are intended for use within the UK only and cannot confirm that the goods comply with any laws, regulations, or other standards applicable outside the UK. All goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and are subject to any qualifications, representations or instructions contained in the documentation associated with the goods. 

Illustrations, descriptions, measurements, and weights are to be taken by the buyer as a guide and are not binding in detail. My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers LTD) without notice, reserve the right to make changes to product specifications as it sees fit.

When returning any goods to us, you are responsible for ensuring they are in the original packaging and in sealable condition. My Trailer Parts cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of an item being retuned. All returns must include a copy of the invoice or clearly be identifiable with the invoice number. 

On receipt of goods My Trailer Parts (FS Trailers LTD) will process the return order, and initiate a refund minus any charges. Refunds may take up to 30 working days.
